Poker Dealer - More details

The Poker Dealer will ensure courteous and efficient table games service to guests in accordance with company standards and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council. Must be willing to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays and have prior experience.

Housekeeping Porter - More details

Responsible for properly maintaining all areas of the casino and grounds in an attractive and orderly manner by performing essential cleaning functions. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing windows, collecting trash, and sidewalk snow removal/deicer, etc.

Assistant HVAC - More details

Assists at installing, diagnosing, trouble-shooting, repairing, maintaining and performing preventive maintenance and routine upkeep on complex mechanical, HVAC, pool, and distribution systems throughout the casino and related equipment, involving work of a varied nature with minimum supervision.

Security Officer - More details

Performs essential security functions to ensure the facilities and property are a safe, secure and orderly environment for guests.

Hotel Housekeeper - More details

Responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary facilities.

Training & Development Specialist - More details

The Training and Development Specialist will develop and provide training systems to ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and tools to successfully perform their duties and to deliver outstanding customer service. • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in education or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education/experience. • Prefer a minimum of two (2) years of training experience, preferably in the gaming industry. • Experience in developing new training courses and systems, and understanding the strategic relationship of training in the support of achieving the stated mission of the business. • Experience conducting a training needs analysis and evaluating training programs which include the cost/benefit of training.

Water Treatment Operator (Level III) - More details

Performs essential maintenance and repair functions to ensure efficient mechanical operations and proper upkeep of all areas of the casino facilities and grounds in an orderly and attractive manner. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *Trouble shoots, repairs, installs, monitors and maintains plumbing, sewage and water systems and fixtures while using the proper hand and/or power tools. *Performs preventive and predictive maintenance schedules on a routine basis for the purpose of identifying potential hazards and repairs *Performs routine clean up of assigned work areas and maintenance shop areas *Must be able to comprehend and follow basic instructions, and adhere to all policies and procedures of the casino and department *Requests materials, supplies and equipment for the purpose of ensuring that adequate materials are available to complete assignments in a timely manner. *Complete all routine paperwork and shift reports on a daily basis *Ability to read and comprehend from verbal instructions, blueprints and/or working drawings *Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to proper safety methods for equipment/tool operation, chemical use, construction practices and lifting techniques without presenting a direct threat to self or others. *Must show the ability to prioritize work orders and requests that best fits the maintenance department and the casino.

Security Supervisor - More details

**MUST BE CERTIFIED LAW ENFORCEMENT** Responsible for the daily shift operations within the department and shall operate such in accordance with the Gaming Code adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council. Oversees, trains and directs work of shift personnel to ensure efficient security operations, and the facilities and property are a safe, secure and orderly environment for guests and associates. JOB DUTIES: *Performs supervisory duties such as interviewing new applicants, maintaining personnel records, performance appraisals, discipline, addressing complaints and resolving problems on shift *Responsible for organizing shift assignments and work schedules, adequate staffing, conducting shift meetings, training, work procedures, and worker and customer safety *Responsible for enforcing all policies and procedures as established, reporting all violations of casino policy to respective departments, and maintaining and routing reports for all casino incidents on appropriate form *Respond to emergencies on casino property according to established procedures, watch for and report all safety hazards, and coordinate with tribal/local law enforcement officers as required *Must keep informed of all casino activities and promotions, must possess good public relations skills, and be courteous and helpful to guests and associates at all times

Marketing Manager - More details

Plans, coordinates, and improves special events designed for the Casino. Job duties include negotiating contracts and obtaining competitive bids from vendors, overseeing all aspects of events, ensures profit/loss ratios are attained for special events and entertainment, identifies new or existing business needs, and implements media plans for various events. Requirements: College degree preferred. Five (5) years’ experience in event planning and execution. Knowledge of casino, slots, table games, and bingo required. Four (4) years marketing experience in a casino preferred.
